Warranty Terms (1 Year)

What is Covered:

1. Manufacturing Defects:

1.1 Leather delamination: In glued or stitched areas (if not caused by moisture or chemical exposure).
1.2 Stitch failure: Due to poor-quality thread or stitching (not due to pulling or snagging).
1.3 Leather defects: Significant cracks, tears, or holes clearly caused by material flaws (not cuts or scratches from use).
1.4 Hardware defects (buckles, loops, rivets):
1.5 Buckle breakage (e.g., metal cracking or tongue detaching during normal use).
1.6 Detachment of metal frame (katanka) from leather, if not caused by force or overloading.
1.7 Rivets falling out or breaking, if not due to impact or heavy wear.
1.8 Dye defects: Severe, uneven fading or peeling of paint during the first months of use (not sun fading or wear from clothing).

What is NOT Covered:

2. Natural wear and tear:

2.1 Scuffing, shine, creases, and wrinkles from wear.
2.2 Stretching of leather (especially near belt loops).
2.3 Loss of original gloss or softness.

3. Damage from improper use, neglect, or external factors:

3.1 Tears, cuts, scratches (e.g., from knives, keys, sharp clothing parts, etc.).
3.2 Deformation from improper storage or wearing (twisting, folding, etc.).
3.3 Damage from over-tightening or excessive pulling.
3.4 Damage from moisture, sweat, or chemicals (creams, lotions, repellents, detergents, household chemicals).
3.5 Fading from direct sunlight (UV exposure).
3.6 Damage from extreme temperatures (e.g., left in a car in sun or freezing cold).

4. Hole wear from buckle tongue:

4.1 Stretching, deformation, tearing, or ripping of holes – always considered normal wear.

5. Buckle damage:

5.1 Scratches, dents, or chipped coating caused by impacts or contact with hard objects.
5.2 Breakage due to excessive force or misuse.

6. Color change due to contact with clothing (e.g., jeans) or environment.

7. Belts that have been self-repaired, modified, or improperly cleaned/maintained.

8. Lack of proof of purchase: Warranty is valid only with an original receipt, warranty card, or belt passport.

9. Warranty applies only to the original owner.
